Karda Solutions, LLC, operates Earning Expedition under its legal and operational structure. This Agreement details the terms under which Karda Solutions, LLC offers the services and products of Earning Expedition.

Intellectual Property

Earning Expedition's digital products, encompassing all aspects such as content, design, logos, trademarks, and any related materials, is safeguarded by intellectual property laws and is the sole property of Karda Solutions, LLC or its licensors, operating under the Earning Expedition brand. You recognize that you hold no ownership interests in the Product, except for the master resell rights explicitly granted to you through this Agreement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Product, your violation of any term of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license to use the Product at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies you may have.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Product after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete agreement between you and Karda Solutions, LLC, functioning under its Earning Expedition brand, concerning your use of Earning Expedition's digital product "Funnels for Everyone", "AI Secrets", and "Ads For Everyone". It overrides and replaces all previous or simultaneous agreements and understandings, whether they are written or oral. Changes to Terms and Conditions: Karda Solutions, LLC, under the Earning Expedition brand, retains the right to amend or alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notification. Your ongoing usage of the Product after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
